The Jitterbugs Swingapore Developing Artiste Programme is a specially tailored intensive 12-month programme for talented dancers.

The aim of the programme is to increase the standard of professional performance dance in Singapore to a level comparable to the rest of the world. This will be achieved with consistency, constancy and character.

All successful applicants will benefit from an all-round technical training programme in Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet, as well as the partner-dances the studio offers. In addition, there will be specialized industry classes offered in Professional Stage Make Up, Production and Performance Skills.

Students are also provided with a network of physical and emotional support. They are educated in not only the physical rudiments of dance, but also the psychological demands of a highly competitive industry.

With a value of more than S$60,000 a year, Jitterbugs Swingapore will be offering 5 full dance scholarships. All other places will be offered at a fee of S$300 per 3-month term (S$1,200 per scholarship year).
