The Kids Performance Programme (“KPP”) is a specially tailored intensive 12-month programme for talented dancers age 7 to 12 years.

The aim of the programme is to develop versatile young dancers by providing sound technical foundation in all forms of dance and a platform to showcase their talent.

Successful applicants will benefit from an all-round technical training programme in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop. In addition, there will be specialized classes offered in Stage Make Up and Performance Skills, including Acrobatics as an option.

Students are also provided with a network of physical and emotional support.

Successful applicants will pay subsidised fees for classes as follows:

Pre-requisites:
Your child only needs a strong desire to dance and perform. Previous dance experience will be an advantage but is not necessary. For persons from age 7 to 12 years.

If your child is interested in the KPP, he / she has to come prepared to the auditions with a one-minute solo dance item of any genre, performed to music of their choice.

The Auditions:
1. Ballet barre warm-up.
2. Exercises to determine the flexibility and strength of your child.
3. Child’s solo dance item.
